Alright, it’s time for part 2 of the “Plateau Busting Workout” series. Sure, I could have named it something better, but I’m getting ready for my Ab Finishers launch next week and I figured you would rather get a solid workout than a mediocre workout and a solid name.
Now THAT’S a paragraph worth skipping.
Let’s do this – you’re going to end this workout with one of the Ab Finishers from the manual that comes out Monday.

=> Plateau Busting Workout Part 1
Do the same warm up as you did in Part 1 (and don’t skip it)
1A) DB Row (8 reps per side) or Seated Row (8)
1B) Triple Stop Pushup (10) (Go halfway down, pause for 1 second, go all the way down, pause for 1 second, then come all the way up – that’s 1 rep) – if 10 is too easy, add more reps
1C) Goblet Squat (20)
Rest 1 minute and repeat 2 more times
2A) DB Pullover (12)
2B) DB Walking Lunges (10 per leg)
2C) DB Rear Lateral Raise (12)
Rest 1 minute and repeat 2 more times
Again – nothing to do with the workout. I just like this. It’s easy advice and it makes sense.
The “Ab Dumbbell-Nals” Finisher (ha-ha, good one Whitfield)
from the Upcoming Ab Finishers Manual
Do the following circuit twice, resting for 1 minute between circuits:
3A) DB Chops (20 ea)
3B) DB Row (20 ea)
3C) DB/KB Swings (30)
