Lean Pancake Punisher Workout

When I asked Brian Kalakay to do something special for us Finisher Freaks, I thought he was kidding when he said, “The Lean Pancake Punisher Workout”.

But clearly, I was wrong. So without further ado, here is a special workout you can do in Grandma’s kitchen from my buddy and Mr. “High Energy” Brian Kalakay….

Here’s the workout:

Total Body Extension Punisher – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off – 4X
Reaching Pushups – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off – 4X
Burpee Mountain Spiders – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off – 2X
Jumping Jacks – (30 reps)

Repeat the circuit two more times
