Crazy Exercise Ab Finisher

Metabolic workout finishers

This NEW Ab Finisher is fresh out of the oven. It was inspired by my friend and wild man Nick Nilsson. There’s a reason he’s called “The Mad Scientist”. His exercises are crazy, but they work.

Here’s one finisher inside “Metabolic Shock”, a new FULL workout program I just put together. In fact, it’s still not quite finished.  It should be ready by the end of the day today.

This is the Ab finisher after Workout B…

Do as many rounds of the following circuit as possible in 5 minutes, resting ONLY when needed.

4A) Stability Ball Stir-the-Pot or Spiderman Climb (5/side)
4B) Braced Squat (5)
4C) Plank to Tricep Extension (5)

When you give your body a new stimulus with NEW exercises and different rep schemes (including lactic acid training), you can break plateaus and accelerate fat loss.

You can easily squeeze 50% more fat-loss results from the same effort you’re already putting in right now.

On that page, you’ll learn a scientifically-proven “stupid simple” workout technique that will help you get the results you deserve from all the hard work you’re already doing.

Trust me, this finisher is JUST the beginning…

Change this ONE thing and get 50% more results from your fat-loss training

Then, you’ll discover Nick’s Metabolic Surge program (it’s crazy fun). His program inspired my “Metabolic Shock” 4-week full workout.  You’ll get NEW crazy finishers and fun circuits to give your body a new shock … just in time for summer, too.

Check out Metabolic Surge here <== Are you making Mistake # 2? (I have)

Once you get Metabolic Surge, forward your receipt to us at support@workoutfinishers.com and we’ll send you the NEW Metabolic Shock program (should be ready by tomorrow… that’s how new it is… getting photos done for the whacky exercises).
