3 Wicked 20-10 Workouts

train with finishers

Mikey, can you write a few 20-10 workouts? Let’s use a combination of beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts.  – Craig Ballantyne

Now the funny part… I’ll let you in on a little secret. The Home Workout Revolution originally only had around 5 20-10 workouts.

But we kept adding to it. Then we added full follow-along videos. It just kept getting bigger and better.

Now when it comes to 20-10 training, I suggest you use a free interval app on your device. I use one called “Interval Timer” (clever name) on my phone and it’s free.

Each move will be done for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest for a certain number of rounds. Then you’ll proceed into the next exercise.

Your own body beats workout machines any day.

Why?

These bodyweight exercises are better than machines because they require more core stability and endurance and more total body coordination – and strength that you actually use in life! (Some call it “Functional Training”.)

Machines are inefficient (targeting only 1-2 muscles at a time), do not help you maximize your core strength or endurance, and frankly, almost all weight machines are all poorly designed.
