3 EVIL full body supersets


This is hilarious. I get this question a lot and I really don’t get why you ask me this…

“Mikey, if you could only do 1 exercise forever, what would it be?”

Lord willing, this will NEVER happen. But if it does?…

… Deadlifts all the way, baby.


1) They burn a ridiculous amount of calories by hitting hundreds of muscles at one time.

2) They make you stronger.

3) They crank your metabolism into the next hemisphere (not just the north or south…. I’m talking about a hemisphere that was used to film Star Wars).

But yet… you stay away from them. I bet I know why and there’s a solution for that. But first, I’ll let you in on a little secret about Deadlifts in my programs. 99% of the time, they come FIRST.

They are so demanding, they require your best effort when you’re fresh. I’ve looked over some of my programs with Deadlifts and I stumbled on some evil supersets.

Join me in the fat-burning misery as these supersets don’t leave a muscle untouched. Note – choose ONLY 1 superset to plug in at the beginning of your program. Do the superset 3times, resting for 1 minute between supersets.

Superset 1

Deadlift (8)

1-Arm DB Incline Chest Press (6/side)

The 1-Arm DB Incline Chest Press smokes your core while hitting your pushing muscles. Going heavy here is what hits your abs.

Superset 2 (one of my favorites)

Deadlift (6)

Stability Ball Plank with Your Arms Extended (up to 1 minute)

Here’s why I programmed just 6 reps… you’re going to use your core on the Deadlift (brace your abs), especially going heavy. Now that your abs are fried, it’s time to do the plank.

Superset 3

Deadlift (8)

1-Arm Shoulder Press (8/side)

I’ve done that dozens of times, and it still gets me every time. The 1-Arm Shoulder Press works your love handles, so it’s a 1-2 punch.

Now BEFORE you burn hundreds of calories by submitting your love to Deadlifts, there’s something you need to know…

If you’re doing it wrong it can mess up your back… BADLY.

Now maybe you’re hesitant on Deadlifts because of a weak back already. Or you may wake up every day feeling “stiff” or even weak during a simple bodyweight workout. You can fix this WITHOUT pain pills or medication…

… and it won’t take you forever, either.
